About Us
India’s airports, explained terminal by terminal.
Every year, hundreds of millions of passengers pass through India’s airports — and far too many of them are doing it stressed. Which terminal? How early? Can I get a SIM at arrivals? Is there a metro? Where do I even find a trustworthy answer?
The Indian Airports exists to answer those questions — for every airport in India, in one place, kept current.
What we do
We build detailed, practical guides for India’s airports — from Delhi and Mumbai down to the smallest regional airfields. Each guide covers what travelers actually need:
- Terminals, and which airlines fly from which
- Departures, arrivals, immigration and customs basics
- Live flight boards
- Lounges, ATMs, forex, food, and facilities inside the terminal
- Metro, taxi, and bus connections
- Hotels, hospitals, and help nearby
Every guide carries a “Last verified” date, because airport information is only useful when it’s current. When terminals change or airlines move — and in India, they do — we update.
What we are not
We’re an independent publication. We are not affiliated with any airport, airline, or government agency, and nothing here is official. That independence is the point: our only job is to be useful to you, the traveler. (It also means you should always confirm critical details like your terminal with your airline — we’ll keep reminding you.)
How we keep the lights on
The site is free. We may earn commissions when you book hotels or services through partner links, and we may show ads — none of which changes the facts in our guides. Full details are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
Who’s behind this
The Indian Airports is owned and operated by Ethos Agora LLC, and it was born out of a familiar frustration.
Our founder grew up in India before moving to the United States and becoming a citizen. Like millions in the Indian diaspora, that meant regular trips back — and every single one began with the same scramble: which terminal has my airline moved to this year? How early is early enough? Where’s the prepaid taxi counter? Is there anywhere to store a bag for a day? The answers existed, but never in one place — scattered across outdated forum threads, half-maintained official pages, and word of mouth.
If someone who grew up navigating India found it this hard, we reasoned, what chance does a first-time visitor have?
So we decided to build the resource we always wished existed: one place with clear, current, practical information for every airport in India. That’s the entire mission. No fluff, no filler — just the details travelers from across the world actually need when they’re flying to, from, or within India.
