Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The Indian Airports (“we,” “us”), operated by Ethos Agora LLC, handles information when you visit theindianairports.com (the “Site”).

The short version: we collect very little. We don’t require accounts, we don’t sell personal data, and most data handling on this Site happens through the third-party services embedded in our pages, described below.

1. Information You Provide

Contact form. If you use our Contact page, we collect the name, email address, subject/topic, and message you provide. This is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and is delivered directly to our inbox (contactus@theindianairports.com). We use this information only to respond to you. Our contact form also uses hCaptcha to help prevent automated spam submissions; hCaptcha may process limited technical data (such as browser and interaction signals) as part of that verification — see their privacy policy linked below.

Correspondence. If you contact us by any other means, we keep your message and reply history so we can respond to you.

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information through the Site itself. If you choose to describe your own visa, immigration, or travel situation in a message to us, that’s information you’ve chosen to share — we use it only to respond to your query and do not use it for any other purpose.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like nearly all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this only for security, debugging, and understanding aggregate traffic.

If we adopt an analytics service (such as Google Analytics), it will collect similar usage data via cookies; we will update this policy at that time.

3. Cookies & Embedded Third-Party Services

Our pages embed content from third-party services, which may set their own cookies and collect usage data (including your IP address, in some cases) under their own privacy policies:

In the future, the Site may also include affiliate booking widgets (e.g., hotel search) and advertising services (e.g., Google AdSense), which use cookies to measure and, in some cases, personalize what you see. We will update this policy and, where legally required, request your consent before such services are active.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how embedded features (like maps, weather, or the currency converter) function.

4. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to: operate and secure the Site; respond to messages sent through our contact form; understand aggregate usage; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We share information only with: service providers who operate parts of the Site on our behalf (currently Web3Forms for contact form delivery, hCaptcha for spam prevention, and our hosting provider), who may use it solely to provide those services; and authorities where required by law.

Contact form messages and correspondence are kept as long as reasonably needed to address your inquiry and for our own records, after which they may be deleted. Technical logs are retained for a limited period consistent with our hosting provider’s practices, then deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. 8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is a general-audience travel information resource and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our Travel Prep content includes general guidance for families traveling with children, but this is informational content for parents/guardians, not a means of collecting information from children themselves.

9. International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States and serves a global audience. By using the Site, you understand that limited technical data may be processed in the United States and in the countries where our service providers (including Web3Forms, hCaptcha, OpenWeatherMap, and Currency.Wiki) operate.

We will post any changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting how personal data is handled will be highlighted on the Site.
